How can you Hi Jack a police helicopter in GTA Vice City Stories?
I tried swimming to the island other but he would not let me swim away when I dont have anything unnlocked I had this game in time a go I've never missions and I want to know if their is a boat cheat or steal or run cars on water please help ????????????????
you can never get a police helicopter in the game so you can still reach parts of gta vice city stories you have to do the missions:) ava06
